Automatic Writing and Channeling With Myra 

In this workshop, Myra will lead you into an automatic writing exercise while channeling.  The focus topic in this channeled conversation is about being who you are, being in your truth. What part of you are you covering and keeping others from seeing? Are you holding yourself back by hiding in the closet and not showing the world your abilities and capacities?  You'll receive insights in how these patterns are manifested and you'll receive feedback in how to move away from these repeated behavioral patterns. Automatic Writing is an effective practice to help you get into your core and retrieve the answers that are inside you. You channel in your own way and you practice it according to your own abilities and  soul qualities. The best outcome from automatic writing is your own interpretation of the data that comes from Source, channeled through you. Your insights already exist, you simply have to listen and receive it. You will be guided in this class to quiet yourself while writing freely and allowing the spirit inside you manifest channeled insights into written words.
